First locate your saved file. you can record by typing /record "1" (1 being the name, you can also use something like, /record swagger, /record swagger 1, ect...) Then find the file, usually located in your main, in the folder named demo's. I would review it. To do so, go into CoD4, click on mods, and click on Mod Warfare mod. It SHOULD turn purple-ish and have an x out on part of the CoD4 name. Type /demo "name of the demo" (ex: /Demo Cain1) and it should play. After doing so, you should record with Xfire, or WeGame. Both work Sufficiently.
Once you have done that, with xfire, you can upload it to the xfire site, and with wegame, its a saved file on you desktop, you can upload it into youtube. Then post the embeded html here.
