Please Cobra, review these links CAREFULLY. Then update your application as needed.

There are many things i feel you should know by now, and I am rather suprised that you have not yet looked these over. I feel that you should have taken the initiative when you first joined to look over these kind of things in the clan. If you cant do that, then I feel that shows that you are not ready to advance in the Ranks.

I really never see him on the server, and more importantly, never see him on the site. I would say no. Sorry, but...

Like donkeh stated above, everyone can put in at least 5 minutes of their time on the site every once in a while. Since you haven't posted an LOA, i assume that there is no tecnological problem to explain your inactivity on site/server/site.

I think it would help to be on xfire whenever you are on. There are plenty of ways to get the server going, one of which is trying to get other {SA} members on with you.

I know its hard with the inactivity of the server to be able to show us you want the next rank, but if you really want to get promoted you need to stick it through. Hell i was on the server every day last year for hours at a time just doing my homework and waiting for some russian or ghost undercover to get on
