This is just a simple way to make a probation and an example:
1. Name, GUID, and IP of the person banned: {SA}ROE|Kronophonix, GUID and IP N/A
2. Time and Day the person was banned: around 6pm PST (pacific standard time) on October 15, 2009
3. Reason they were banned: Excessive knifing
4. Time and Day to lift the ban: 6pm PST (pacific standard time) on October 20, 2009
That is just a short example. Make sure you provide as much information as possible and a reasonable unban date. |
