well if you got the pics on your computer - just try that:
www.imageshack.com
upload your pics there - copy the link and then type (img)link(/img) - just with square brackets!
if u cant find your pics - think they should be somewhere in the "my pictures" folder!

You can also get xfire, use that to take screenshots, and then just post the links or do the [*img][*/img] thing, but without the *'s
