There has been a problem with that recently. I havent been on in almost a week, but when I was on, I was getting some lag.
Though it might also be the fact that my FPS which used to be around 150 is now usually around 80-90. Though it keeps having FPS spikes like all the time which really has ruined me in a lot of situations; idk if its the server or my computer, probably my computer.

Use this command, to stop the FPS issues:
Com_maxfps XX
It will restrict your FPS to max out at a set rate, and keep it from jumping around all over the place, causing the equivalent of lag spikes. See what your lowest FPS is, and set it to that. If you have an FPS jump, you won't notice it. I do that with my computer, and it solved my problems with that long ago. |
