{SA}Snipers Academy Clan Regulations

Due to the fact that many of our rules for simply being in the clan are scattered, I am putting it all in one spot. Enjoy.

I. Inactivity Status's
1. Any {SA} member that has not made a post on the {SA} forum in 2 months will be put as inactive. They will also be considered for a demotion in rank. If they are a private, then they risk being removed from {SA}

2. Any {SA} member that has not been seen in 3 months on the site or server will be notified via e-mail or other mode of communication. They will have one month to respond, post, put in a Leave of Absence, or get on the server. If they fail to do any of these, then they will most likely be removed from {SA} permanently.

3. If you have not made at least 25 posts on the forum since your application has been accepted, you may not be moved up in rank, even if it is after 2 months of Recruit status. Everyone can put in at least 5 minutes a week into our forums. It should be more but you can't have everything. If you cant even put in 5 minutes a week on our forums, and haven't told an admin about a situation preventing you from doing so, then you should save yourself the trouble and leave {SA}.

II. Multiple Clan Status
1. If an {SA} member applies and gets into a clan that is All Weapons, and does not specialize in Snipers Only, then they are in the clear. They will still need to show that they are willing to be an {SA} member by putting in adequate time into our forums and server.

2. If an {SA} member applies and gets into a clan that specializes in Sniper Only, and the clan's main server is on 1.2, and the main server is not mod driven, then said {SA} member will have to make a choice. They must decide whether they want to be a part of {SA} or the other clan. If they choose the other clan they will be removed from {SA} immediately. They will not be allowed to Re-apply. If your new sniper clan is on 1.7 we will let it slide, but you must show us that you are still dedicated to our clan in some way.

3. If an {SA} member goes and creates his own sniper clan, then he/she will have to start over as a Recruit and work their way back up. Again they will have to show that they are still dedicated to {SA} by putting in adequate time. If you are deemed to not be putting enough time by our admins, then you will be given a 1 month notice. If still you have not put in enough time and are concentrating too much on your new clan, you will be asked to lay down your {SA} tags. Seriously, if you make a new clan and are still another clan, you might as well leave. Save yourself the trouble of going up with {SA}'s admins.

III. Application Regulations
1. If you wish to fill out an application to the clan of Snipers Academy {SA}, then you MUST review and follow this link VERY CAREFULLY.

1-A. If you fail to follow the application correctly, then you will be warned by {SA} members to correct it. If you need to be warned multiple times and you have fixed the application each time, then your application will risk being rejected. Our reasoning-We shouldn't even need to tell you to fix your application, you should have followed it in the first place. You are lucky that we do warn you to even fix it.
1-B. If you are warned to fix your application, and you fail to respond, or it takes you an extremely long time to do as we asked, then your application will most likely be rejected. Need reasoning again? If you really cared about getting into our clan then you would be tracking your application as much as you can, to ensure that you A)know you have gotten in the clan, B)Get to know our members, and C)can respond to each reply, especially if that reply is a warning like stated above.

2. If you are rejected, then guess what that means. You are rejected. Didn't make it into our clan. This status can happen at any time. Just because you are a private or higher doesn't mean that you are in the clear. If you are inactive(See Inactivity Status's above, if you are being a total dickhead, jerk, douschebag etc, to our {SA} members and sometimes server regulars, and if you continually break our {SA} rules/regulations, you can be rejected. Depending on the severity of your actions, you will either be Rejected, Rejected(BANNED), Rejected(With re-apply available), or Rejected(On Probation). If you are in the (Probation) status, then you will be watched closely by all members. If you break any rules, your case will be reviewed by all admins for determining whether to ban you or have you start all over. If your application is simply rejected, you will not be able to apply for {SA} again, but you will not be banned from our forums or servers.

3. If your application to {SA} gets accepted, then you may begin wearing our {SA} tags. But, since you are a Recruit to our clan, you will also need to put the Recruit status on. Example- {SA}Rct|Mozzarella. You will have these tags on for a minimum of 2 MONTHS. After 2 months a ranking admin of CROE or higher will let you know whether you need to start over your 2 months(from various reasons, mostly the ones stated in Application Regulations-Section 2, among other reasons) or if you can take off your Recruit tags and become a full members of Snipers Academy.

4. Rule breaking is taken much more seriously for Recruits, as they need to learn our rules/regulations as quickly as possible. For breaking rules, here are the punishments as follows
1st Offense-Your time as a Recruit will be extended. Time depends on severity of rule broken.
2nd Offense-Your time will be extended by a larger amount than the first time.
3rd Offense-Your application will be put in the Rejected status.
You have 2 months to learn our rules/regulations. Even before you are a Recruit you should be learning them. If you cannot do so in the 2 months+ time, then we do not need nor want you.

5. If for any reason you decide to leave {SA}, you will not be able to reapply to {SA} if you wish to reapply for any reason.
