Okay all,

Let it be known that this has been an ongoing issue of {SA} from its inception, where we have lacked on keeping people in check. But as of 04-20-2011 we will now buckle down and enforce our rules regarding inactivity. As of today I have sent out an email to the inactive members that have not visited the {SA} Forum, and to the ones that are lacking in posting activity. Hopefully by the end of this month {SA} members will respond to the email and get active again not only on the {SA} Server but the {SA] Forum.

Starting the beginning of May a new email will be sent out:

A) To all members that have been inactive on the {SA} Forum for 3 months or more.
B) To all members that have not posted any messages within 60 Days
C) To all members that have not posted more then 25 messages or more since there induction to {SA}

A-1) At the 3 month mark you will then be changed to inactive and are given 1 month to respond. If you do not respond by the 4 month you will then be removed (Deleted) from the {SA} Clan.

B-1) If you have been notified 5 times without any kind of posting activity you risk a demotion in rank!

C-1) Come on really, everyone should have more then 25 posts! I mean if you can't even place more than 25 post then why even join a clan? New rule if you try to apply for a promo with less then 25 posting messages, your application will be rejected on the spot. So when Admin is viewing ones Promotion request this will be just one more thing that will be looked at when regarding advancement in {SA}.

D) At the beginning of MAY, any member that has not responded to the email sent out previously and has not been active on {SA} for a year or more will be Removed (DELETED) from the {SA} Clan.

Yes as discussed with you this was needed and hopefully it will get this up coming summer bumping with activity. Also I will be updating an old rule about leaving {SA} and then finding out you made a mistake and then want to re-apply.

This is another area that we have lacked in as well. After all, the members that leave are usually our friends and it becomes hard to say no to someone who is asking to comeback. That may change soon, so if I were an old member that is thinking of coming back I would hurry up and re-apply now before the change has been implemented! Who knows, you may comeback to find out that you have been removed from {SA}.

Seems like the email is starting to work by looking at all the members that have logged in a 24hr period. I will send out a few more reminder emails before the month is up and the new changes implemented. I want to give everyone as much of a chance to become active before it is too late.

Today is the day! Please check your email account to see if you have received an Email from {SA} regarding this post. If you have received an email please make sure to respond by getting more active with your {SA} clan.

You may also notice that the member list has over 50 members that are no longer with {SA}. Keep in mind that this could be you if there is not a legit reason why you are inactive for more then 4 months in a row.

These Members have not logged in or posted in at least 3 months. They have 1 month to go before being removed from {SA}/website. All {SA} members listed will be recieving an e-mail to notify them of their 1 month warning.
