Hi magic- if u go onto 'news nad updates' it has a section from {SA}RTFM|Sinful who has shut down his servers due to a crash (in my opin. he has a fucking cheap laptop) MY OPINION
but you will have to go on just the noraml one for now (Ashers 1) k see u there

yea as far as i no the only sa server up and running right now is ashers sa1 on version 1.0

It was actually my desktop that was having problems. The processor was overheating, because the dipshits that put the motherboard together put the heatsink on wrong (it was rotated 90 degrees from what it was supposed to be). I will start the servers up tonight, after the new heatsink compound has been given a chance to fill in any gaps.

My laptop isn't crappy/cheap. It's just most likely a defective part, since everything else works, the CD-ROM drive just decided to crap out. Nothing I can do about that. My loaner laptop I have right now is crappy, though, which is why I can't play COD4 for 2-3 months, until I get my laptop back.

do you mean 1.7? or 1.0 cause u keep pushing 1.9

the latest patch and last patch for call of duty 4 is 1.7, most {SA} members run both 1.0 and 1.7 versions of cod4, therefore not fake, but still some wankers try it.
