This is how to make a proper ban appeal. If you do not make a ban appeal with the correct information, there is a high chance you will not be unbanned.

Please check the probations section of the forum before making a ban appeal to make sure it is not a prolonged temporary ban.

The following information is required for a proper ban appeal

Name of post must be the name you were using when you got banned.

1. Name you were using when you were banned:

3. Name of probable admin who banned you:

4. Names of other {SA} members that were in the match:

5. Reason you were banned:

6. Reason we should unban you:

If you have all of the above information it will help us sort out the problem.

You will receive a reply saying if your appeal has been denied or accepted, and what your new status is.
